Diamond Certification

All our diamonds come with a GIA or AGS diamond certificate (also called grading report). In case you would like to return your diamond, it must be accompanied by the original diamond certificate. Customers that return diamonds without the original diamond certificate will be liable for a $250 replacement fee.

Product Availability and Pricing

In case a jewelry item you want to order is on back order, please allow 2-3 weeks for the item to be in stock again. Due to considerable number of orders, a particular jewelry item may go out of stock before it is made evident on the website. In such cases we will contact you immediately to discuss the alternatives. alexandersparks reserves the right to change prices without any prior notice. We are sorry for any possible inconvenience caused.

Possible Website Pricing Errors

Perfection is among alexandersparks’s highest priorities and we do our best to prevent any possible mistakes from happening. However, sometimes mistakes do happen due to the system or typographical errors. alexandersparks will correct any pricing mistakes the moment they occur, no incorrect prices will be honored. In case that the listed price is lower than the actual price, we will contact you regarding the price change before shipment or cancelation of an order. If it happens that the incorrectly priced jewelry item has already been shipped, you agree to either pay for the price difference or return the item. alexandersparks reserves the right to change prices anytime we deem necessary and without any previous notice. alexandersparks guaranties that all our diamonds are ethically and environmentally sourced in strict compliance with the Kimberley Process and the Patriot Act. The same criteria we have for diamonds extend to our precious metals as well. We maintain and follow the highest professional and ethical standards, and no product of ours is in any way associated with human rights violations.

Product Descriptions and Information Accuracy

To provide you with the best possible shopping experience, alexandersparks strives to make our on-line inventory as accurate and as comprehensive and thorough as possible. However, sometimes the color and the size of the products displayed on our website may differ slightly from the actual product color and size due to variables in computer screen set-up. Our photos and videos of our products are always larger than their actual size in order to show maximum detail and clarity. The total carat weight of diamonds may vary 0.05 carat from the listed weight, in accordance with FTC regulations and industry standards. The width tolerance is 0.20 mm for wedding rings and 0.25 mm for pearls and gemstones. Please review carefully the product page of each item prior to purchase for exact measurements listed in millimeters and approximate diamond or gem stone weight.
